Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date it was delivered for a store credit.

All returns must be and unused condition.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Kindly note we do not accept returns of intimate apparel, jewelry, any personalized or custom-made products, merchandise marked as final sale or non-returnable, unless such item arrives to you in a damaged or faulty state. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed on the product’s page.

If you receive an order that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
